目的:探讨机械通气加1∶10000肾上腺素气管滴入治疗新生儿肺出血临床疗效.方法:采用机械通气加1∶10000肾上腺素气管滴入治疗新生儿肺出血共55例,监测肺出血停止时间.结果:55例肺出血患儿中,治愈45例,占81.8%,死亡7例,占12.7%,放弃3例,占5.5%.平均治愈时间12~32 h.结论:机械通气加1∶10 000肾上腺素气管滴人能明显缩短新生儿肺出血时间,临床疗效好.

Objective.To investigate the clinical efficacy analysis of mechanical ventilation and tracheal instillation of 1:10 000 epinephrine in the treatment of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage.Methods:In the treatment of 55 cases neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage using mechanical ventilation and tracheal instillation of 1:10 000 epinephrine,monitored the stop time of pulmonary hemorrhage.Results:In the pulmonary hemorrhage of 55 children,45 were cured account for 81.8%,7 children died account for 12.7%,to give up 3 children account for 5.5%.The average cure time from 12 to 32 hours.Conclusion:The time of neonatal pulmonary hemorrhage could significantly shorter using mechanical ventilation and tracheal instillation of 1:10 000 epinephrine and has a better clinical curative effect.
