为了对比研究活性粉末混凝土与普通钢纤维混凝土的抗侵彻能力,结合试验,采用流固耦合法(ALE)对57 mm半穿甲弹侵彻混凝土靶板进行了数值模拟,数值模拟了混凝土在侵彻作用下的变形及断裂特性.计算结果与实验结果对比表明:钢纤维能有效地增加混凝土的韧性和变形能力,增大混凝土对侵彻弹丸能量的消耗,降低弹丸的剩余速度;活性粉末混凝土较普通钢纤维混凝土具有更高的抗侵彻能力,能更好的抑制裂缝发展.

In order to study the anti-penetration performance of the reactive powder concrete, combined with the experiment, the arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) algorithm was used to simulate the armour-piercing projectile (57mm) penetrating the concrete target, the distortion and rupture of concrete were simulated. According to contrast the calculation results with the test results, It indicates that steel fiber can improve toughness and capability of distortion of concrete, so the energy will be more consumed during penetration and the residual velocity will be reduced;it also indicates that the reactive powder concrete holds the stronger capability of anti-penetration and restraining crack than the steel fiber reinforced concrete holds.
