根据高新区竞争力的基本特征和构成要素,从产业集群的视角构建了高新区竞争力评价指标体系.用主观赋权的Gl法和客观赋权的离差最大化法组合确定指标权重,建立了基于G1-离差最大化组合赋权的竞争力评价模型,并对中国17个典型高新区的截面数据进行实证分析.

According to the basic features and components of hi-teeh zone competitiveness,this paper constructed the hi-tech zone competitiveness evaluation index system on industrial cluster.This paper determined the optimal weights of indicators with fuzzy membership indicators score method and G1-deviations method,and then established the evaluation model for competitiveness on G1-deviations method of seventeen hi-tech zones of china.The result of evaluation reflects the competitiveness of national hish-tech zones objectively,which provides governments some new references to enhance the competitiveness of high-teeh zones.
