利用HE染色方法对拟黑多刺蚁卵子发生进行显微研究.结果发现,拟黑多刺蚁卵子发生可以分为3个时期11个阶段,即卵母细胞分化期、卵母细胞生长期和卵母细胞卵黄形成期.在卵子发生的整个过程中,卵母细胞、滋养细胞及滤泡细胞形态均有明显变化;在卵母细胞生长及卵黄形成期.滋养细胞核内的多核仁现象、灯刷染色体与旺盛的物质合成有关;卵母细胞本身也合成一些物质:滤泡细胞参与卵黄蛋白的合成,并为外源性卵黄蛋白提供通道.因此,卵母细胞内卵黄蛋白的形成是自体合成和外源合成同时并存;滤泡细胞还参与了卵黄膜及卵壳的形成.并发现,拟黑多刺蚁与果蝇卵子发生有相似的卵母细胞凋亡现象,主要发生在卵黄形成前期,这种凋亡可能是由于环境因素的影响,即生物对不良环境的适应性对策.

HE staining method was used to study Polyrhachis vicina Roger ant oogenesis.The results showed that the ant oogenesis could be divided into 3 phases 11 stages.3 phases is composed of oocyte differentiation phase,the oocyte growth phase of yolk formation.In the whole process,the oocytes,nurse cell and follicle cell morphology changed.In oocyte yolk formation and growth,the number of its nuclear trophoblast cell nucleoli,lampbrush chromosome associated with a strong synthetic material;oocytes also synthesed some materials;follicle cells took part in the yolk protein synthesis,provided access to exogenous yolk protein.Therefore,oocytes from the yolk protein synthesis and the formation of exogenous synthetic coexisted;follicle cell was also involved in the formation of a shell egg yolk membrane.And it was found that oogenesis in Drosophila and ant was similar to the oocyte apoptosis.Yolk mainly occurred in the early stage of apoptosis,which might be due to environmental factors and be the adaptability of the adverse environmental measures.
