以提高农业剩余物利用率和降低人造板生产成本为目的,以热压温度、热压时间、稻草碎料含水率及稻草比例等工艺参数为因子,用正交试验法对无胶稻草碎料板的工艺进行研究.结果表明:影响无胶稻草碎料板物理力学性能的主要因素是热压温度,稻草比例、稻草碎料的含水率为次要因素,热压时间对其性能无显著影响;得到较优的工艺参数为:热压温度为150 ℃;稻草比例为80%;稻草碎料含水率为18%;热压时间为6 min.

이제고농업잉여물이용솔화강저인조판생산성본위목적,이열압온도、열압시간、도초쇄료함수솔급도초비례등공예삼수위인자,용정교시험법대무효도초쇄료판적공예진행연구.결과표명:영향무효도초쇄료판물리역학성능적주요인소시열압온도,도초비례、도초쇄료적함수솔위차요인소,열압시간대기성능무현저영향;득도교우적공예삼수위:열압온도위150 ℃;도초비례위80%;도초쇄료함수솔위18%;열압시간위6 min.
In order to increase the operation rate of argriculture wastes and reduction the costs of wood-based panels, the technology to produce the self-bonding ricestraw particle board was investigated by the orthogonal test. Factors were examined, such as hot-pressing tempreture, hot-pressing time and moisture content of ricestraw and the proportion of ricestraw. It was demonstrated that the main influencing factor was the hot-pressing temperature, followed by the proportion of ricestraw and the moisture content of ricestraw, and the hot-pressing time was insignificant in the performance of ricestraw particle board. The optimized treating conditions were as follows: hot-pressing tempreture 150℃, the proportion of ricestraw 80%;blank board 18% MC;hot-pressing time 6 minutes.
