目的探讨饥饿与进食对胎儿监护无应激试验结果的影响.方法将158例行无应激试验的孕妇随机分为实验组80例和对照组78例.对照组孕妇进食≥4 h状态下行无应激试验,实验组孕妇进食后30 min行无应激试验.结果实验组无应激试验有反应型80例,对照组26例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2 =9.922,P＜0.05).结论在行胎儿监护无应激试验检查前做好充分的饮食护理评估,避免孕妇在饥饿时进行,可有效提高无应激试验有反应型的发生,提高检查结果的准确性.

Objective To investigate the influence on the results of fetal monitoring in no stress test between hunger and eating.Methods 158 pregnant women in non-stress test were randomly divided into experimental (80) and control groups (78).No stress test with the pregnant women of the control group was carried out in more than 4 hours after eating; while the test with the experimental group was done in 30 minutes after eating again when pregnant women had eaten more then 4 hours.Results The experimental group (80 cases) had significantly higher reactive ratio than the control group (26 case) in no stress test,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant (x2 =9.922,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Adequate diet nursing assessment was advised before no stress test of fetal monitoring,and pregnant women with starvation should avoid carrying out the test in order to effectively reduce the false positive and non-reactive ratios and improve the accuracy of test results.
