目的研究内吗啡肽-1(EM-1)水溶液最稳定pH值及预测EM-1水溶液室温贮存期.方法采用HPLC法作为测定方法,利用恒温加速实验研究EM-1水溶液的稳定性.结果绘制出pH=速率图,恒温加速实验得到Arrehnius方程及动力学参数.结论EM-1水溶液最稳定pH值为4.5~4.8,预测EM-1室温(25℃)的t1/2为45天.

Aim To study the most stable pH value of endomorphin-1 solution and to estimate the shelf-life of EM-1 solution. Methods The content of EM-1 in its solution was determined by HPLC, and stability was studied by accelerated tests. Results The most stable pH value of EM-1 solution was observed. By the accelerated tests we obtained the Arrhenius relationship and the pharmacokinetic parameters. Conclusion The most stable pH value of EM-1 solution is 4.5 -4.8. The t1/2(25℃) is 45 d.
