目的 探讨基于血糖负荷的食物交换份法用于2型糖尿病患者饮食教育的有效性.方法 随机抽取上海市某三级甲等医院糖尿病门诊2型糖尿病患者72例,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组各36例.实验组采用基于血糖负荷的食物交换份法,对照组采用传统的食物交换份法,通过多种方式实施3个月的饮食教育干预.于干预后3个月,随访3个月时进行干预效果的评价.结果 实验组与对照组餐后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇水平和体质指数的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05及P<0.01).结论 基于血糖负荷的食物交换份法用于2型糖尿病患者的饮食教育较传统的食物交换份法更有效,值得应用与推广.

목적 탐토기우혈당부하적식물교환빈법용우2형당뇨병환자음식교육적유효성.방법 수궤추취상해시모삼급갑등의원당뇨병문진2형당뇨병환자72례,수궤분위실험조여대조조,매조각36례.실험조채용기우혈당부하적식물교환빈법,대조조채용전통적식물교환빈법,통과다충방식실시3개월적음식교육간예.우간예후3개월,수방3개월시진행간예효과적평개.결과 실험조여대조조찬후공복혈당、찬후2 h혈당、당화혈홍단백、총담고순수평화체질지수적차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05급P<0.01).결론 기우혈당부하적식물교환빈법용우2형당뇨병환자적음식교육교전통적식물교환빈법경유효,치득응용여추엄.
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the novel food exchange serving based on glycemic load in the diet education for type 2 diabetes.Methods Seventy-two cases of type 2 diabetes were 1randomly divided into two groups to receive either a novel food exchange serving based on glycemic load (the test group) or a food exchange serving (the control group) education,by the forms of group education,individual education and DM patients′salon.The period lasted three months.Fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG), glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),and blood lipids which include total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),body mass index(BMI), waist circumference (WC),blood pressure(BP) were assessed.Results FBG(P<0.05)、2hPBG(P<0.01)、HbA1c(P<0.05)、TC(P<0.05)and BMI(P<0.05)in the test education group were all significantly decreased than that of the control group.Conclusion The application of food exchange serving based on glycemic load in the diet education for type 2 diabetes is better than that of conventional food exchange serving,and worthy of further practice and popularization.
