采用在化学镀液中添加纳米金刚石爆轰黑粉的方法,在20#钢基体上共沉积了Ni-P-纳米金刚石复合镀层,重点研究了复合镀层的耐磨特性和金刚石含量、表面活性剂及热处理等工艺因素对复合镀层摩擦磨损性能的影响,并初步探索了复合镀层的耐磨机制.结果表明:纳米金刚石爆轰黑粉化学复合镀层具有优异的耐磨性能,黑粉中的石墨成分可起到自润滑作用.复合镀液中金刚石黑粉含量为8g/L,不添加表面活性剂,镀层热处理温度为360℃时,镀层耐磨性能最佳.

Ni-P-nano-diamond black powder (NDBP) composite coating was codeposited on 20# steel substrate by adding NDBP to electroless plating bath. The research emphasizes on the friction and wear behavior of the electroless composite coating and the effects of process factors including diamond content, surfactant and heat treatment. A preliminary explanation for wear-resistance mechanism of composite coating was given. The results showed that the NDBP electroless composite coating has excellent wear resistance and the graphite in NDBP plays a self-lubricating role. The coating prepared by adding 8 g/L diamond black powder to bath without any surfactant has optimal anti-wear performance after heat treatment at 360℃.
