应用模糊综合评判方法对聊城市水资源承载能力进行了分析评价.结果表明:聊城市综合评分值对v_1的隶属度为0.7354,综合评分值仅为0.178,表明聊城市水资源开发利用已有相当的规模,进一步开发利用的潜力很小.今后应该合理利用水资源,节约用水,加强对水资源的治理及保护.

The water resources carrying capacity(WRCC)of Liaocheng was quantitatively evaluated using the integrated fuzzy assessment model(IFAM) in this paper. The results showed that the membership grade of Liaocheng was 0.7354,and the final fuzzy integrated assessment value was only 0.178.These findings indicated that the potential for exploitation and utilization of water resources in Liaocheng City is very low. In the future,we must make rational use of water resources,save water and strengthen the governance and protection of water resources.
