This paper discovered the reasons which cause the instability in the water system and put forward new pro-posals which take good effects by analyzing the water system of testbed for the heat transfer performance and flow resistance of heat exchangers.The paper also offers the solution to the water systems in the testbed and air conditioner according to their specificity.
