目的 观察临床护理路径(CPN)在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者健康教育中应用的临床效果.方法 选择同期MHD患者82例,随机均分为常规组和CPN组,分别给予常规健康教育和CPN下健康教育,比较两组患者血液透析8周后出现并发症例数、治疗依从性及护理满意度.结果 治疗8周后两组患者出现并发症例数、治疗依从性及护理满意度比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),CPN组均优于常规组.结论 应采取CPN下对MHD患者进行健康教育,可显著降低治疗中出现的并发症例数,并显著增加患者治疗依从性及护理满意度.

Objective To observe the clinical effects of clinical nursing pathway in health education on the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods Eighty - two patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected and divided into conventional group and CPN group.The patients of two groups separately received routine health education and CPN health education.Complications cases,the compliance with treatment and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between two groups after 8 weeks'hemodialysis on the patients.Results There was a statistical significant ( P < 0.05 ) in the compliance with treatment and the satisfaction of nursing after 8 weeks'hemodialysis,the CPN group was better than the conventional group.Conclusions It should pay the health education to the maintenance hemodialysis patients in the clinical nursing pathway,it can significantly reduce the number of complications cases in the treatment and increase the compliance with treatment and the satisfaction of nursing.
