Inverse heat conduction problems (IHCP) are severely ill-posed problems, but now the results available in the literature on IHCP are mainly devoted to the standard sideways heat equation. In this paper a new Fourier regularization method with Holder stability for a sideways parabolic equation that appears in some applied subjects is given.
