目的:对比腹针与体针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效差异.方法:将133例患者随机分为治疗组67例,对照组66例.治疗组采用腹针治疗,对照组采用体针治疗,对治疗前后症状的改善情况进行对照观察.结果:治疗组有效率95.5%,对照组有效率86.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.05);两组痊愈患者中治疗1疗程后治疗组痊愈率显著高于对照组(P<O.05).结论:腹针治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效好,疗程短.

목적:대비복침여체침치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효차이.방법:장133례환자수궤분위치료조67례,대조조66례.치료조채용복침치료,대조조채용체침치료,대치료전후증상적개선정황진행대조관찰.결과:치료조유효솔95.5%,대조조유효솔86.4%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<O.05);량조전유환자중치료1료정후치료조전유솔현저고우대조조(P<O.05).결론:복침치료요추간반돌출증료효호,료정단.
Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of abdomen acupuncture with body acupuncture for treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods: One hundred and thirty three patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 67 cases and a control group of 66 cases. The patients in the treatment group received abdomen acupuncture and those in the control group, body acupuncture. The improvements in the symptoms were compared after treatment. Results: The efficacy rate was 95.5% in the treatment group and 86.4% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (PO.05). The cure rate after one course of treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (PO.05). Conclusion: Abdomen acupuncture has a good effect on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion with a short course of treatment.
