针对上海梅山钢铁股份有限公司新建的于熄焦系统中出现的电气故障停机和安全生产隐患等问题,对其电气控制系统进行优化和改进,主要基于现有设备情况对操作系统和控制逻辑进行改进.改进后的系统操作简单、维护方便.系统运行1 a来生产稳定,干熄率达到97%以上.对同类企业干熄焦电气控制系统的维护工作有一定借鉴意义.

Aiming at stop resulting from electric faiture and hidden safety trouble existing in production of new built CDQ(Coke Dry Quenching)system in Meishan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. , improvement and optimization of electric control system were carried out. Based on existing equipment situation, improve-ment and optimization of operation system and control logic were achieved. After the system was im-proved, operation was easy and maintenance was convenient. Since the system was put into operation for one year,production was stable and dry quenching rate was up to 97%. For maintenance work of CDQ electric control system in the same enterprises, it can be used for reference.
