同马大堤属长江一级堤防,位于长江中下游左岸安徽省境内.由于大堤修筑在长江和皖河Ⅰ、Ⅱ级阶地或高漫滩上,堤基土体类型复杂,因而有必要对堤基结构进行分类,以利于堤防除险加固.根据堤基土体类型及地质特征,进行二级堤基结构分类,第一级将堤基分为粘性土堤基和砂性土堤基,第二级根据粘性土、砂性土的分布与组合关系进行分类.堤基结构分类为堤基渗透变形、堤坡稳定性分析和堤基工程地质分段评价提供了方法和依据.

Tongma levee As, a grade Ⅰ levee of the Yangtze River, is located on the left bank of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Anhui Province. Due to the levee constructed on the Yangtze River and the Wanhe River terrace Ⅰ,Ⅱ with complicated earth structure, so it is necessary to classify the levee foundation structure for removing the danger and reinforcing the levee. According to earth classification and geological characteristics of the levee, 2 levee structures are classified : classification Ⅰ are cohesive soil levee foundation and sandy levee foundation, classification Ⅱ is classified according to the distribution and constitution of cohesive soil and sandy soil. The levee classification provides the method and basis for analysis of levee foundation seepage deformation, levee slope stability and segmented evaluation on levee engineering geology.
