论述了利用衍射元件实现光学系统无热化的原理和设计方法,并利用衍射光学元件特殊的消热差和消色差特性,设计了8~12 μm波段、焦距45 mm、F#为1.8、视场30°、工作在-55℃~55℃范围内的折/衍混合红外监视系统.设计结果表明,在此温度范围内,系统具有良好的消热差作用,成像质量接近衍射极限;而且具有结构简单、体积小、重量轻和可靠性高等优点.
論述瞭利用衍射元件實現光學繫統無熱化的原理和設計方法,併利用衍射光學元件特殊的消熱差和消色差特性,設計瞭8~12 μm波段、焦距45 mm、F#為1.8、視場30°、工作在-55℃~55℃範圍內的摺/衍混閤紅外鑑視繫統.設計結果錶明,在此溫度範圍內,繫統具有良好的消熱差作用,成像質量接近衍射極限;而且具有結構簡單、體積小、重量輕和可靠性高等優點.

The principle and design method of employing diffractive optical element to athermallize on optical systems are presented.Based on the special athermal properties and achromatize characteristics of the diffractive optical element,a refractive-diffractive hybrid surveillance system at 8~12 μm waveband during the temperature range of -55℃~55℃ is designed in the paper.The system parameters are focal length 45mm,F~# 1.8.field of view 30°.The results show the system achieved better athermal performances at the temperature range.The image quality of the system approaches the diffractive limit.In addition,the optical system has many advantages,such as simple structure,small volume,light weight and high reliability.
