实验以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_9)、氧气、氢氧化钠为原料,在自制的5%Pd/5%Sn/C催化剂作用下,催化氧化制备醇醚羧酸盐(AEC)表面活性剂.经L_9(3~4)正交实验对工艺条件进行了研究,确定优化的工艺条件:反应温度70℃、反应压力0.04 MPa、催化剂加入量为0.25%(Pd/AEO_9)、搅拌转速为600 r/min.在该条件下AEC产率可达96%.同时考察了AEC不同含量产物的表面张力、临界胶束浓度(cmc)、泡沫、润湿和乳化性能,并与羧甲基化法工艺进行了比较.结果表明:含质量分数为70%~80%AEC的产物性能较好,氧化法工艺的产物性能优于羧甲基化法工艺的产物.

Alcohol ether carboxylate(AEC)was synthesized from alcohol ether(AE09),oxygen and sodium hydroxide,catalyzed by 5%Pd/5%Sn/C.Through orthogonally arranged experiments,the optimum synthesis conditions were obtained as follows:reaction temperature 70℃,reaction pressure 0.04 MPa,0.25%(Pd/AEO_9)catalyst and stirring rate 600 r/min.AEC yield reached about 96% under the above conditions.The product properties such as surface tension,critical micelle concentration (cmc),foaming power,wetting power and emulsifing power were tested.The results showed that the properties of the product containing 70%-80%AEC were the best.The properties of AEC obtained by oxidation techniques excelled that obtained by carboxymethylation techniques.
