采用MedLab系统,观察氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛、戊巴比妥钠3种麻醉剂对家兔血压、心率和呼吸的影响。结果：氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛能使家兔收缩压、舒张压显著降低,而戊巴比妥钠却使其稍有升高;3种麻醉剂均能使家兔心率降低、呼吸的平均峰值增高,其中水合氯醛对呼吸平均峰值影响最大,氨基甲酸乙酯和戊巴比妥钠影响相当;3种麻醉剂均可使家兔呼吸频率降低,且按照氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛、戊巴比妥钠的顺序影响越来越明显。

The influence of urethane,chloral hydrate,sodium pentobarbital on the blood pressure,heart rate and respiration of rabbits was studied by Medlab physiological signal acquisition and processing system.Results Urethane,chloral hydrate could significantly reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in rabbits,and rabbits with pentobarbital sodium could increase them slightly.Three anesthetics could reduce heart rate,increase peak value of the breath of rabbits.Three anesthetics could decrease respiratory rate in rabbits,and in accordance with urethane,chloral hydrate,sodium pentobarbital was the order of increasing influence.
