采用MedLab系统,观察氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛、戊巴比妥钠3种麻醉剂对家兔血压、心率和呼吸的影响。结果:氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛能使家兔收缩压、舒张压显著降低,而戊巴比妥钠却使其稍有升高;3种麻醉剂均能使家兔心率降低、呼吸的平均峰值增高,其中水合氯醛对呼吸平均峰值影响最大,氨基甲酸乙酯和戊巴比妥钠影响相当;3种麻醉剂均可使家兔呼吸频率降低,且按照氨基甲酸乙酯、水合氯醛、戊巴比妥钠的顺序影响越来越明显。

채용MedLab계통,관찰안기갑산을지、수합록철、무파비타납3충마취제대가토혈압、심솔화호흡적영향。결과:안기갑산을지、수합록철능사가토수축압、서장압현저강저,이무파비타납각사기초유승고;3충마취제균능사가토심솔강저、호흡적평균봉치증고,기중수합록철대호흡평균봉치영향최대,안기갑산을지화무파비타납영향상당;3충마취제균가사가토호흡빈솔강저,차안조안기갑산을지、수합록철、무파비타납적순서영향월래월명현。
The influence of urethane,chloral hydrate,sodium pentobarbital on the blood pressure,heart rate and respiration of rabbits was studied by Medlab physiological signal acquisition and processing system.Results Urethane,chloral hydrate could significantly reduce systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in rabbits,and rabbits with pentobarbital sodium could increase them slightly.Three anesthetics could reduce heart rate,increase peak value of the breath of rabbits.Three anesthetics could decrease respiratory rate in rabbits,and in accordance with urethane,chloral hydrate,sodium pentobarbital was the order of increasing influence.
