为了满足远距离磁性目标探测和微功耗工作的需要,设计了基于HMC1052的微功耗磁阻式传感器,并给出了具体的实现方法。设计使用了改进的功耗控制电路用以降低传感器的功耗,仿真和实测表明传感器的工作电流由原来的5.7mA降为5.7μA;设计了推挽式置位/重置电路;通过格拉斯磁环实验标定了传感器灵敏度是14.2μV/nT,屏蔽筒中测试得到的传感器噪声是±6nT,传感器高分辨率和微功耗的特点满足了远距离探测和电池供电的需要,有广阔的应用前景。

For requirement of detecting at some distance away a ferromagnetic object and working at low power dissipation,a double axis and micro-power magneto-resistive sensor is developp-ed based on HMC1052.The circuit of pulse for power supply is designed for reducing the power dissipation of magnetic sensor.The result of testing proves that the current fall from 4.7mA to 4.7 μA;Set/Reset circuits has been finished.The sensitivity of the magnetoresistive sensor is 1.42μV/nT,ensured through experiment and the noise is 12nT.The high performance and low power dissipa-tion of the sensor can fit for the application of long distance's detection and battery-powered.
