新生物课标中，非常强调探究式教学模式。在这种背景下．“问题解决”教学模式逐渐被初中生物教学界所重视。本文就是针对这一崭新的教学模式，提出施行该教学模式的基本原则与基本程序。程序主要包括：创设情境提出问题：认真分析解决问题：反思运用问题。

The new curriculum emphasizes inquiry-based teaching.ln this context,problem-solution teaching mode in the tea- ching junior high school biology teaching profession is gradually paid attention.In response to this new mode of teaching, this paper suggests the principles and basic procedures in biology teaching.The procedure includes the following aspects： asking questions to create situations, analyzing and solving problems, reflecting and using the oroblems.
