目的 研究转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)在高岭土诱导大鼠脑积水模型中的表达及意义.方法 将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,Kaolin组:枕大池中注射2%高岭土50μl,造成交通性脑积水模型;Saline组:枕大池中注射生理盐水50μl(阴性对照组).结果 注射后28 d,Kaolin组的脑室扩张程度,颅内软脑膜纤维化程度以及脑脊液中TGF-β1含量均比Saline组明显增高.结论 TGF-β1的高表达与交通性脑积水的发生及发展有关.
目的 研究轉化生長因子β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)在高嶺土誘導大鼠腦積水模型中的錶達及意義.方法 將40隻Wistar大鼠隨機分為兩組,Kaolin組:枕大池中註射2%高嶺土50μl,造成交通性腦積水模型;Saline組:枕大池中註射生理鹽水50μl(陰性對照組).結果 註射後28 d,Kaolin組的腦室擴張程度,顱內軟腦膜纖維化程度以及腦脊液中TGF-β1含量均比Saline組明顯增高.結論 TGF-β1的高錶達與交通性腦積水的髮生及髮展有關.
목적 연구전화생장인자β1(transforming growth factor-β1,TGF-β1)재고령토유도대서뇌적수모형중적표체급의의.방법 장40지Wistar대서수궤분위량조,Kaolin조:침대지중주사2%고령토50μl,조성교통성뇌적수모형;Saline조:침대지중주사생리염수50μl(음성대조조).결과 주사후28 d,Kaolin조적뇌실확장정도,로내연뇌막섬유화정도이급뇌척액중TGF-β1함량균비Saline조명현증고.결론 TGF-β1적고표체여교통성뇌적수적발생급발전유관.
Objective To investigate the expression and signification of TGF-β1 in the kaolin-induced communicaing hydrocephalus rats. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups, Group Kaolin, rats in which 50 μl volume of 2% Kaolin solution was injected into the cistema magna under microscope; and Group Saline, rats in which 50 μl volume of 2% saline was injected into the cisterna magna in the same way. Results Communicating hydrocephalus was induced in 28 rats and whose ventricular system expanded as time goes on. The cerebral ventricles were expanded,and intrameningeal fibrosis were shown in Group Kaolin. The expression of TGF-β1 in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was higher in Group Kaolin than in Croup Saline. Conclusion These data suggest that there is relationship between the higher expressions of TGF-β1 with the development of communicating hydrocephalus in rats.
