目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定依沙吖啶溶液中乳酸依沙吖啶含量的方法。方法:水为溶媒,在362 nm波长处测定吸光度,测定乳酸依沙吖啶的含量。结果:吸光度与其浓度具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),线性范围2.5~20 μg*ml-1;平均回收率为100.28%,RSD为0.42%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,结果可靠,适用于该制剂的质量控制。

목적:건립자외분광광도법측정의사아정용액중유산의사아정함량적방법。방법:수위용매,재362 nm파장처측정흡광도,측정유산의사아정적함량。결과:흡광도여기농도구유량호적선성관계(r=0.9998),선성범위2.5~20 μg*ml-1;평균회수솔위100.28%,RSD위0.42%(n=5)。결론:해방법간편,결과가고,괄용우해제제적질량공제。
OBJECTIVE:A UV spectrophotometry method was developed to determine ethacridine lactate in the ethacridine lactate solution. METHODS:The water was used as the medium. The wavelength of determination was 362 nm by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:The linear range was 2.5~20 μg*ml-1(r=0.9998). The average recovery was 100.28% with the RSD was 0.42%(n=5).CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate and was suitable for quality control of this preparations.
