Test results of heat transfer characteristics of the T-type finned tube reboiler were introduced together with its commercial application.Compared to conventional smooth tube reboiler,the heat transfer coefficient enhanced by 30%~50%.It is characterized by little occupation area,low cost and steady operation.Satisfactory results were also obtained by using the T-type finned tube to replace the smooth tube in evaporator.
