在系统总结国内外湿地生态恢复及相关理论和方法的基础上,对青藏高原拉鲁湿地的生态学特征、生态变化特征、退化成因及生态效益进行了深入分析.结合拉鲁湿地的退化现状和环境特征,构造了包含湿地非生物环境特征、湿地生物特征以及湿地系统特征3个综合指标和16个评价因子在内的一整套较为系统、完整且操作性强的湿地评价指标体系.采用层次分析法完成了拉鲁湿地生态恢复综合评价,得出湿地景观对外界干扰的恢复力降低、湿地景观的生态环境质量明显退化等结论.研究成果为拉萨拉鲁湿地自然保护区的建设和管理提供了科学的决策依据,也为青藏高原的湿地生态保护与恢复研究提供了较高的理论参考价值和示范作用.

Based on the review of the international and domestic studies of wetland restoration, the ecological characteristic, the cause of degradation and the ecological benefit of the Lalu wetland in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is studied by means of ecological landscape theories. Combined with the present condition and the environmental characteristic of the Lalu wetland, the assessment system of the ecological restoration is built. This system, which consists of three subsystems and 16 assessment indexes, is easy to be operated. The compressive indexes of ecological and environmental quality (CEI) of Lalu wetland is computed by using the analytic hierarchy process. The conclusions are the restoration capacity of LaLu wetland is low, ecological and environmental quality is obviously degenerated. The results can be used to the decision making of the construction and management of the Lalu wetland national protected regions and have high theory value and broad application value.
