对13只东北虎幼体的血细胞数、血红蛋白含量、白细胞分类计数和血细胞直径进行了测定,用SPSS软件对实验数据进行统计处理.结果显示:东北虎幼体红细胞数(6.82±0.60)×10~(12)/L,血小板数(415.38±71.51)×10~9/L,白细胞总数(16.95±2.74)×10~9/L,血红蛋白含量(118.92±17.24)g/L,嗜中性粒细胞(62.52±9.32)%,嗜酸性细胞(2.88±2.32)%,嗜碱性细胞(0.44±0.58)%,淋巴细胞(28.96±7.50)%,单核细胞(5.32±3.73)%;血细胞平均直径分别为:红细胞6.7 μm、嗜中性粒细胞11.0 μm、嗜酸性粒细胞11.7 μm、嗜碱性粒细胞12.5 μm、淋巴细胞8.6 μm、单核细胞12.9 μm.结论:所测的血液指标在东北虎幼体雌雄性别间均无显著差异(P>0.05).

The number and the diameter of blood cell,the content of hematocrystallin and the ratio of assorted white blood cell of 13 individuals have been measured in Panlhera tigris amureusis (P.t.amureusis).Experimental data are measured and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.The results show that the red blood cell,the platelet and the white blood cell number of P.t.amureusis is separately (6.82±0.60) × 10~(12)/L,(415.38±71.51) × 10~9/ Land (16.95±2.74) × 10~9/ L.The content of hemoglobin is (118.92± 17.24) g / L.The ratio of neutrophil,eosinophil,basophil lymphocyte and monocyte is separately (62.52±9.32)%,(2.88±2.32)%,(0.44±0.58)%,(28.96±7.50)% and (5.32±3.73)%.The average diameters of red blood cell,neutrophil,eosinophil,basophil,lymphocyte and monocyte is 6.7μm,11.0 μm,11.7 μm,12.5 μm,8.6 μm and 12.9 μm.Conclusion:all hemogram values have no obvious differences between female and male P.t.amureusis.
