研究了Fenton试剂对甲基丙烯醛生产废水的处理效果,考察了[H_2O_2]/[Fe~2+]摩尔比,H_2O_2初始浓度,pH值,反应时间,温度对废水COD_(cr)去除率的影响,确定了最佳的COD_(cr)去除率条件.结果表明:当pH=2.5,[H_2O2]/[Fe~(2+)]摩尔比为26.4:1,温度为25℃,反应时间为5 h,甲基丙烯醛生产废水COD_(cr)浓度为812 mg/L时,COD_(cr)去除率达71.4%,处理效果良好.

. Fenton's reagent that was employed for treating the wastewater coming from methacrolein prod-uction was studied. The effects of reaction time, [H_2O_2]/[Fe~(2+)] mole ratio ,pH value, initial concentration of H_2O_2,and temperature on COD_(cr) removal were investigated. The results showed that 71.4% of COD_(cr) was removed under the optimum conditions : COD_(cr)=812 mg/L, [H_2O_2]/[Fe~(2+)]=26.4:1,pH=2.5, 25 ℃, 5 h.
