针对高强度钢板等低塑性板材的成形需要,提出了可控拉深筋拉深成形优化设计.以JAC590Y高强度钢板作为研究对象,根据材料流动的要求设计了上升-静止-下降的拉深筋运动轨迹;通过正交试验确定试验方案,采用板料数值模拟软件Dynaform对试验方案进行模拟,以零件的极限拉深深度为评判标准,研究这些拉深筋运动轨迹对高强度平底盒形件拉深性能的影响.结果表明,采用可控拉深筋技术能显著提高高强度钢板的拉深性能,并获得了优化的拉深筋运动轨迹,最后从应变路径变化方面讨论了可控拉深筋最优运动轨迹相对于固定拉深筋能提高高强度钢板拉深成形性能的原因.

Aimed at the forming need of high-strength steel and other low plasticity materials,a new process of deep drawing based on controllable drawbead was put forward.The JAC590Y high strength steel(HSS)was selected as an example and the drawbead trajectory,ascent-halt-descent,was designed in the flat box drawing process.The test schemes were obtained by orthogonal test design and were carried out by employing simulation software Dynaform.And the effects of the drawbead trajectories on the drawability of HSS box were discussed according to the limited drawing depth.The results indicate that the controllable drawbead technology can improve the drawability of HSS and the optimal trajectory is determined.Finally,the reason which can improve the drawability with the controllable drawbead in mlafion to fixed drawbcadis discussed accordingtothe strain path.
