目的了解现阶段黄埔街儿童家长预防接种知晓率水平及其影响因素,积极探索和改进现行的健康教育工作方法 .方法采用统一问卷、整群抽样方法对辖区2009年9-12月份门诊500名儿童家长进行调查.结果调查对象的预防接种知识知晓率平均为59.16%,家长文化程度和家庭收入对预防接种知晓率的影响有统计学意义.结论加强对儿童家长预防接种知识健康教育的力度,提高预防接种知识知晓率,进一步提高群众积极参与预防接种的主动性.

Objective To actively explore and improve the existing methods of health education by studying current awareness of parents for children vaccination and the influencing factors of awareness.Methods A cluster sampling was conducted in Huangpu community and 500 parents who had visted our clinics during September to December 2009 were selected to receive a questionnaire survey.Results The average awareness rate of parents for children vaccination was 59.16%.The influencing factors of awareness was significantly associated with the educational level and family income.Conclusions We should strengthen the health education on children vaccination in parents,improving the awareness rate of vaccination and enhanceing the willingness of vaccination.
