目的 观察大鼠蛛网膜颗粒(AG)在颅内的分布规律及其三维结构.方法 将24只成年Wistar大鼠分为3组,分别进行活体状态下亚甲蓝枕大池蛛网膜下腔注射、蛛网膜颗粒光学显微镜观察、扫描电镜检查.结果 大鼠AG主要位于横窦两侧的中部偏内的位置,大部分成簇状生长,表面覆盖有形状各异的内皮细胞,在内皮细胞间可见到少数小孔和较大的裂隙.结论 大鼠的AG与人类的颗粒无论是形态还是运行机制,均有相似之处,可用来制作研究脑脊液运行相关的动物模型.
目的 觀察大鼠蛛網膜顆粒(AG)在顱內的分佈規律及其三維結構.方法 將24隻成年Wistar大鼠分為3組,分彆進行活體狀態下亞甲藍枕大池蛛網膜下腔註射、蛛網膜顆粒光學顯微鏡觀察、掃描電鏡檢查.結果 大鼠AG主要位于橫竇兩側的中部偏內的位置,大部分成簇狀生長,錶麵覆蓋有形狀各異的內皮細胞,在內皮細胞間可見到少數小孔和較大的裂隙.結論 大鼠的AG與人類的顆粒無論是形態還是運行機製,均有相似之處,可用來製作研究腦脊液運行相關的動物模型.
목적 관찰대서주망막과립(AG)재로내적분포규률급기삼유결구.방법 장24지성년Wistar대서분위3조,분별진행활체상태하아갑람침대지주망막하강주사、주망막과립광학현미경관찰、소묘전경검사.결과 대서AG주요위우횡두량측적중부편내적위치,대부분성족상생장,표면복개유형상각이적내피세포,재내피세포간가견도소수소공화교대적렬극.결론 대서적AG여인류적과립무론시형태환시운행궤제,균유상사지처,가용래제작연구뇌척액운행상관적동물모형.
Objective To explore the distribution and tridimensional architecture of the arachnoid granulations (AGs) in rats. Methods Twenty-four adult Wistar rats were randomly assigned 3 groups that received subarachnoid injection of methylene blue, and observations of light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Results AGs were mainly localized at paramedian of the TS. Most AGs were seen to grow in clusters and coated with an intact layer of endothelial cells. Conclusion ACs in rats share similar morphology and functions with human, indicating that rat AG can be used as an animal model for study of functions of CFS.
