采用不同工艺方法制备出了3种具有不同微观结构特征的超细TATB炸药粉体,用2%(质量分数)的F_(2311)作粘结剂,压制出了不同密度的TATB基炸药试样.采用飞片短脉冲冲击起爆装置,研究了TATB基炸药中爆轰波的传播性能.研究结果表明,在一定的短脉冲冲击起爆条件下,TATB微观结构对炸药爆轰波传播性能影响较为明显.

Three kinds of ultrafine TATB with different microstructure were prepared, and 2% F_(2311) binder was added to make the TATB powder, and the TATB-based explosives were pressed with different densities. The influences of microstructure on the detonation-spreading performances of TATB-based explosives were studied by modified floret test. The results show that the detonation-spreading performances were significantly influenced by TATB microstructures at the same short-duration shock initiation.
