储存环校正铁电源系统的稳定性是进行同步辐射光源束流轨道校正的重要前提.本文描述了新的校正铁数字控制电源系统硬件结构、软件设计及调试结果,其中,重点介绍了数字化控制器的硬件结构和软件工作流程.数字化控制器包括DSP卡和ADC卡,采用了DSP和FPGA作为控制核心,通过光纤与远程IOC进行实时通讯,通过本地PC机串行口可设置电源回路参数.运行结果表明,新的数字控制开关电源系统很好地满足了轨道稳定性对其的要求.

Stability of the correcter power supply is important for beam orbit stability of a synchrotron light source. In this paper, we report a digital control system for corrector power supply of the HLS storage ring, including the hardware, software and the measurement results. The hardware structure and work flow of the digital power supply controller is emphasized. The controller is composed of two cards of ADO and DSP. It adopts advanced DSP and FPGA as core. The controller communicates with IOC via optical fiber, and can easily change parameters of the power supply through the UART port. Operation of the storage ring with the digital control system for correcting the power supply indicates that the upgraded PS system meets the requirement of orbit stability.
