制孔质量是导致碳纤维复合材料产品报废的重要因素.本文从机械加工的角度,论述了碳纤雏复材产品制孔工艺过程中的主要缺陷及其形成机理.为解决这些缺陷,根据其形成机理,设计了相关对比工艺试验.在试验验证的基础上,提出了碳纤维复合材料高质量制孔的工艺参数.

The quality of hole drilling is a key factor for scrapping carbon fiber composite products. The major deficiency and its forming mechanisms during the hole drilling process are described from the as-pect of machining. To avoid the deficiency, the relevant comparative tests are designed according to the forming mechanisms. Based on the tests, technological parameters of high-quality hole drilling for car-bon fiber composites are proposed.
