样品经碱熔,溶液提取,沉淀富集后得到只含稀土元素的溶液,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP-AES) 法测定磷矿中15种稀土元素La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、Y.主要考察了共存元素间的干扰情况,选择无干扰或干扰量对分析结果可以忽略不计的谱线为最佳分析线,标准曲线法直接测定磷矿中稀土元素.本法测定结果与ICP-MS测定结果相符合,可满足日常分析要求.
樣品經堿鎔,溶液提取,沉澱富集後得到隻含稀土元素的溶液,採用電感耦閤等離子體原子髮射光譜 (ICP-AES) 法測定燐礦中15種稀土元素La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu、Y.主要攷察瞭共存元素間的榦擾情況,選擇無榦擾或榦擾量對分析結果可以忽略不計的譜線為最佳分析線,標準麯線法直接測定燐礦中稀土元素.本法測定結果與ICP-MS測定結果相符閤,可滿足日常分析要求.

After chemical pretreatment of alkali melting, dissolving and enriching,pure liquid of rare earth elements could be gained. The simultaneous determination of rare earth elements(La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y) in the obtained solution was fulfilled by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The optimum wavelength which had little interference with the results was obtained by testing the interference of the coexistent elements. The rare earth elements in phosphate ore was determined with calibration curve method. The results obtained by this method are consistent with those of ICP-MS. It can meet the requirement of daily analytical work.
