分别用24种氨基酸-硒、铜配合物对魔芋种芋进行浸种处理,栽培后观察魔芋的生长状况和软腐病的发生情况.结果表明:复合氨基酸中,3AA-Na_2SeO_3、3AA-CuSO_4、15AA-CuSO_4、17AA-Na_2SeO_3、17AA-CuSO_4、单个氨基酸中精氨酸-Na_2SeO_3、脯氨酸-Na_2SeO_3、赖氨酸-CuSO_4可提高植株的抗性,降低软腐病的发病率;丙氨酸-CuSO_4、蛋氨酸-Na_2SeO_3处理的魔芋平均产量最高;甘氨酸-CuSO_4、精氨酸-Na_2SeO_3处理最大单个重量最高.从软腐病发病率和产量两个方面来说精氨酸-Na_2SeO_3处理效果最好.

to observe growth conditions and soft rot of konjac, the seeds were separately soaked in 24 kinds of amino acid - selenium or copper preparation. The result indicated: with 3AA-Na_2SeO_3, 3AA-CuSO_4, 15AA-CuSO_4, 17AA-Na_2SeO_3, 17AA-CuSO_4 in the compound amino acid and arginine-Na_2SeO_3, proline-Na_2SeO_3, lysine-CuSO_4 in the single amino acid may enhance the resistance, reduce soft rot incidence rate; the average output was highest with alanin-CuSO_4 and methionine-Na_2SeO_3; the maximum single weight was highest with glycine-CuSO_4 and arginine-Na_2SeO_3.The effect was the best with arginine-Na_2SeO_3 in both reducing soft rot incidence rate and the output .
