In the traditional launch control system detection weaknesses of single detection function, short of quantitative analysis and fault diagnosis capability. Adopting incorporated technology of test &-launch Control and making use of the Ⅵ' s characteristic that "software is instruments", missile dynamic test function and quick diagnoses function are integrated on the foundation of traditional launch control system. This dissertation elaborates the means and realization of the system, such as design ideas, general project, signal adaption circuit,software realization means of pulse cluster counter and realization of misile dynamic test. It is shown that the system improves the technical level of missile launch control system and provides dependable safeguard for launch successfully.
