选用3种酒糟浸出液作为主要原料,利用木醋杆菌发酵制备细菌纤维素.结果表明:酒糟浸出液营养丰富,加入稻壳的白酒丢糟浸出液更适合发酵,在其中添加2%蔗糖、pH5.0和30℃恒温静止发酵15d后细菌纤维素的产量为2.7g/L,发酵后的pH值有变大的趋势.利用扫描电镜、傅里叶变换红外、X射线衍射对细菌纤维素的结构进行表征,证明产物是细菌纤维素,纤维直径在20~100nm之间.

선용3충주조침출액작위주요원료,이용목작간균발효제비세균섬유소.결과표명:주조침출액영양봉부,가입도각적백주주조침출액경괄합발효,재기중첨가2%자당、pH5.0화30℃항온정지발효15d후세균섬유소적산량위2.7g/L,발효후적pH치유변대적추세.이용소묘전경、부리협변환홍외、X사선연사대세균섬유소적결구진행표정,증명산물시세균섬유소,섬유직경재20~100nm지간.
Bacterial cellulose (BC) was prepared from lixivium of three distiller's grains fermented by Acetobacter xylinum.Results showed that the lixivium from three distiller's grains was rich in nutrients,However,the lixivium from distiller's grains with rice husk was more suitable to produce BC.The yield of BC was 2.7g/L when the lixivium with the addition of 2% sucrose was conducted to static fermentation at pH5.0 and 30℃ for 15 days.The pH exhibited an increase trend after fermentation.The structural characteristics of BC were demonstrated using scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared (FTIR)spectrum and X-ray diffraction(XRD)with the diameter between 20nm and 100nm.
