观察异氟醚体外对人活力低下精子运动的影响.实验选取确诊为正常和活力低下的精液各10份,每份精液再均分为12份(每份100 μL),随机分为3组,每组4份,分别移入12个培养皿中,每组一个培养皿不加任何药物作为对照.其余三个分别加入5、10、20L异氟醚(培养皿内异氟醚气态浓度依次为0%、1.4%、2.8%、5.6%).立即将3组培养皿密封,25℃室温下分别静置0.5 h、1 h、2 h,采用计算机辅助精液分析系统检测精子的活动率和活力.结果发现:①1.4%~5.6%异氟醚作用活力低下精子0.5 h、1 h,其活动率和活力均显著高于对照组,而2 h时无显著差别;1.4%~5.6%异氟醚作用正常精子0.5 h、1 h、2 h,其活动率和活力均显著高于对照组;②异氟醚作用活力低下精子0.5 h和1 h时,5.6%异氟醚作用的精于活动率和活力均显著高于1.4%和2.8%异氟醚作用的精子,而在2 h时各浓度异氟醚作用的精子其活动率和活力之间无显著差别;异氟醚作用正常精子0.5 h、1 h和2 h时,5.6%异氟醚作用的精子其活动率和活力均显著高于1.4%和2.8%异氟醚作用的精子;③活力低下精子在各浓度异氟醚作用下,1 h和2 h时其精子的运动参数均比前一时间点显著下降,但正常精子的运动参数在各时间点之间无显著差异;④5.6%异氟醚作用活力低下精子0.5 h,提高精子活动率和活力的程度比正常精子活动率和活力的程度更为明显,且这种提高程度的差异有显著性.异氟醚不仅可以显著提高正常精子和活力低下精子的活动率和活力,而且提高活力低下精子活动率和活力的程度比正常组活动率和活力的程度更为明显.

To investigate the effects of isoflurane on human sperm motility in asthenospermia in vitro. After 10 asthenospermic and 10 normospermic samples were collected, each was divided into 12 0.1 mL aliquots, then the 12 aliquots were allocated to three equal groups. After 0.1 mL semen was added into the culture capsules, the four aliquots of each group were exposed to 0 L (as control), 5 L, 10 L and 20 L isoflurane (not contact directly with semen and the corresponding vol% of isoflurane is 0,1.4, 2.8, and 5.6 respectively) ,and then the culture capsules were sealed immediately. The test was performed at 25℃ and the motility and viability of sperm were analysed by computer-assisted sperm analysis at 0.5 h, 1 h and 2 h respectively. The results showed that ① Compared with control,1.4%~5.6% isoflurane obviously increased the motility and viability of asthenosperm at 0.5 h and 1 h, effected no significant difference at 2 h, and normospermia treated with 1.4% ~ 5.6% isoflurane showed an significant increase in the motility and viability of sperm at 0.5 h, 1 h and 2 h as compared with control;② 5.6% isoflurane obviously increased the motility and viability of asthenosperm at 0.5 h and 1 h, effected no significant difference at 2 h,and normospermia treated with 5.6% isoflurane had a significant increase the motility and viability of sperm at 0.5 h, 1 h and 2 h as compared with 1.4% or 2.8% isoflurane;③1.4% ~5.6% isoflurane markedly decreased the motility and viability of asthenosperm at 1 h and 2 h as compared with previous time, and sperm parameters in normospermia showed no significant difference between three time; ④ The increasing amplitude of motility and viability in asthenospermia treated with 5.6% isoflurane for 0.5 h were higher than those in normospermia. Isoflurane not only increased sperm motility in asthenospermia and normospermia, but also the increasing amplitude of motility and viability in asthenospermia were higher than those in normospermia.
