中国的生态危机日趋严重,构建中国特色的和谐生态模式势在必行。中国特色和谐生态模式的构建,必须以科学发展观为指导,建设以中国传统文化为核心的生态文化精神,加快以生态文明为指导的经济发展方式转变,强化以政府为主导的和谐生态管理,完善支持全面发展的和谐生态法制保障体系。
中國的生態危機日趨嚴重,構建中國特色的和諧生態模式勢在必行。中國特色和諧生態模式的構建,必鬚以科學髮展觀為指導,建設以中國傳統文化為覈心的生態文化精神,加快以生態文明為指導的經濟髮展方式轉變,彊化以政府為主導的和諧生態管理,完善支持全麵髮展的和諧生態法製保障體繫。
중국적생태위궤일추엄중,구건중국특색적화해생태모식세재필행。중국특색화해생태모식적구건,필수이과학발전관위지도,건설이중국전통문화위핵심적생태문화정신,가쾌이생태문명위지도적경제발전방식전변,강화이정부위주도적화해생태관리,완선지지전면발전적화해생태법제보장체계。
With China＇s ever worsening ecological crisis,it is imperative to construct a harmonious ecological model with Chinese characteristics.Guided by ＂the Scientific Outlook on Development＂,the model construction should center on building up an eco-cultural spirit with traditional Chinese culture at its core,on speeding up a shift of economic development pattern disciplined by ecological civilization,on strengthening government-sponsored harmonious eco-management,and finally,on perfecting harmonious ecological legal guarantee system to support comprehensive development.
