目的 探讨循证护理在改善高校高血压教师生活质量中的作用,为护理干预模式提供依据.方法 将年度体检中高血压教师60名随机分为实验组30例和对照组30例,其中实验组实施循证护理,对照组使用常规护理.于护理干预前后测量血压并应用SF-36(36-item Short Form Health Survey,SF-36)健康调查量表评价两组患者的生活质量.结果 实验组的血压下降优于对照组,生活质量指标得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),证明患者生活质量优于对照组.结论 运用循证护理能有效改善高校高血压教师的牛活质量.

Objective To explore the role of the evidence-based nursing in improving the quality of life of hypertension patients of college teachers, in order to provide the basis for nursing intervention model. Methods The annual physical examination 60 patients with hypertension of teachers were randomly divided into 30 cases of the experimental group and 30 cases of control group. The experimental group was used evidence-based care,and the control group was used conventional care. Before and after nursing intervention the blood pressure was measured and the application of SF-36 (36-item Short Form Health Survey, SF-36) Health Survey Scale evaluate the quality of life of two groups of patients. Results The decline of blood pressure in experimental group was better than the control group, and the quality of life indicators scored was significantly higher than the control group,( P< 0.05 ) that evidences the patients' quality of life is better than the control group, conclusions The use of evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of college teachers hypertension.
