[目的]为烟用香精质量评价提供新方法.[方法]采用GC/MS法建立烟用香精指纹图谱,对6批次CW#烟用香精样品,计算其相关系数、夹角余弦和程度相似度.[结果]GC/MS结合程度相似度算法能够有效地反映样品间的整体差异.[结论]该方法准确、可行,可作为烟用香精质量评价的一种直观、合理、有效的技术手段.
[目的]為煙用香精質量評價提供新方法.[方法]採用GC/MS法建立煙用香精指紋圖譜,對6批次CW#煙用香精樣品,計算其相關繫數、夾角餘絃和程度相似度.[結果]GC/MS結閤程度相似度算法能夠有效地反映樣品間的整體差異.[結論]該方法準確、可行,可作為煙用香精質量評價的一種直觀、閤理、有效的技術手段.

[Objective] The research aimed to provide new methods for the quality evaluation of tobacco flavor.[Method] GC/MS fingerprint spectrum of tobacco flavor was established to calculate correlation coefficient, cosine of the included angle and extent similarity of six batches of tobacco flavor CW# samples.[Result] In combination of GC/MS and the extent similarity could effectively reflect the overall differences between samples.[Conclusion]This method is accurate and reliable, and it can be taken as an apparent, credible and efficient method for quality evaluation of tobacco flavor.
