用三维弹塑性有限元法对油气管道补焊强度进行了模拟分析和计算,并将计算结果与实际水压爆破试验结果进行了比较,两者差值小于10%.模拟计算了补疤焊缝U形和类裂纹两类缺陷深度对泄漏压力的影响,最后得到了该管道两类缺陷的极限深度.

The repair welding strength of oil pipeline was calculated in 3D elastic plasticity finite element analysis method.The calculated results and the actual hydraulic test results were compared,the difference between the two is less 10%.Effect on leak pressure of weld scars U-shaped and crack-liked flaws depth was simulated and calculated.Finally,the limited depth of two type flaws was received.
