随着高校规模的不断扩大,专业设置、任务布置环节、教师人数不断增多,使得教学管理信息系统成为了学院信息系统的重要组成部分.以河北农业大学商学院为典型案例,把改革教学管理模式、形成初步的教学管理无纸化办公、加强教师间的沟通、建立完整的教学质量评价体系和提高教学管理效率及管理水平作为设计目标,建立完全的教学资源共享和交流平台,方便教师使用,加强教师和教师及教务间交流,形成安全可靠的系统平台,达到初步的教学管理无纸化办公、规范教学文件管理、提高工作效率和提高学院教学管理水平、建立完善的教学质量评价体系的效果.
隨著高校規模的不斷擴大,專業設置、任務佈置環節、教師人數不斷增多,使得教學管理信息繫統成為瞭學院信息繫統的重要組成部分.以河北農業大學商學院為典型案例,把改革教學管理模式、形成初步的教學管理無紙化辦公、加彊教師間的溝通、建立完整的教學質量評價體繫和提高教學管理效率及管理水平作為設計目標,建立完全的教學資源共享和交流平檯,方便教師使用,加彊教師和教師及教務間交流,形成安全可靠的繫統平檯,達到初步的教學管理無紙化辦公、規範教學文件管理、提高工作效率和提高學院教學管理水平、建立完善的教學質量評價體繫的效果.

With the increasing in the number of students, speciality setting, work assignment procedure and teachers, management information systems of teaching has become an important part of information system. The article considered the characteristics of daily teaching management activities and suggested reforming the teaching management model, realizing the initial teaching management of paperless, strengthening communication between teachers, establishing complete evaluation of the quality of the teaching system, improving the efficiency and the level of the teaching management as a goal. The author made a study on how to establish a full sharing and exchanging platform, so that the teacher can use it conveniently, strengthen communication between the teachers, form a secure system platform. In the long run, it is meant to achieve paperless management of teaching, standardize management of teaching document, enhance efficiency and improve the teaching management, establish comprehensive evaluation system of teaching quality.
