以夏枯草果穗成熟度(发黄程度)为采收指标,分6个采收期,分别测定其果穗熊果酸含量、种子千粒重与发芽率,并进行对比.结果表明:采收期对夏枯草果穗与种子质量存在明显的影响,熊果酸含量、种子千粒重和发芽率均随果穗成熟度的增加而提高,至果穗全黄时达最大值,果穗全黄7 d后采收,熊果酸含量下降明显,千粒重与发芽率无明显变化.
以夏枯草果穗成熟度(髮黃程度)為採收指標,分6箇採收期,分彆測定其果穗熊果痠含量、種子韆粒重與髮芽率,併進行對比.結果錶明:採收期對夏枯草果穗與種子質量存在明顯的影響,熊果痠含量、種子韆粒重和髮芽率均隨果穗成熟度的增加而提高,至果穗全黃時達最大值,果穗全黃7 d後採收,熊果痠含量下降明顯,韆粒重與髮芽率無明顯變化.
이하고초과수성숙도(발황정도)위채수지표,분6개채수기,분별측정기과수웅과산함량、충자천립중여발아솔,병진행대비.결과표명:채수기대하고초과수여충자질량존재명현적영향,웅과산함량、충자천립중화발아솔균수과수성숙도적증가이제고,지과수전황시체최대치,과수전황7 d후채수,웅과산함량하강명현,천립중여발아솔무명현변화.
Study was conducted on influence of different collecting date on changes of ursolic acid content, kernel weight and germination percentage of Prunella vulgaris, taking ear maturity degree as indicator for collecting date. Determination and comparison on content of ursolic acid, kernel weight and germination percentage showed that collecting date obvious effect on ear and seed quality. Ursolic acid content, kernel weight and germination percentage increased with maturity process, and topped when ear turned completely yellow. When collecting 7 days after yellow, its ursolic acid decreased evidently, but kernel weight and germination percentage had no great change.
