In this paper, we construct a new algebra A(∏)H(∏)B for H-bimodule algebra A and H-bimodule algebra B, which is called a two-sided L-R smash product, and give a sufficient and necessary condition for two-sided L-R smash products to be bialgebras. Then, we give the Maschke theorem for the two-sided L-R smash products.
