目的 观察地佐辛用于腹腔镜手术苏醒期的临产效果.方法 选取90例腹腔镜择期手术患者,ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级,将其随机分成对照组(A组)和地佐辛组(B组),每组45例.均采用气管内捅管全身麻醉,手术结束前30 min,A组常规麻醉管理,B组静脉注射地佐辛0.1 mg/kg.分别记录两组患者在停药后自主呼吸恢复时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间、拔管后5 min视觉模拟评分(VAS)、躁动评分.结果 A、B两组患者自主呼吸恢复时间[(7.5±2.3)min vs.( 7.0±3.8) min,P>0.05]、苏醒时间[( 6.8±2.6)min vs.( 6.9±3.5) min,P>0.05]、拔管时间[(7.4±2.7)min vs.( 7.4±3.6) min,P>0.05]均无统计学差异;拔管后5 min VAS评分、躁动等不良反应,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 地佐辛在全身麻醉苏醒期可产生良好的镇痛、镇静效果,减少苏醒期的不适,对患者苏醒时间和自主呼吸恢复时间无明显影响,适用于全身麻醉苏醒期镇痛.

목적 관찰지좌신용우복강경수술소성기적임산효과.방법 선취90례복강경택기수술환자,ASA분급Ⅰ~Ⅱ급,장기수궤분성대조조(A조)화지좌신조(B조),매조45례.균채용기관내통관전신마취,수술결속전30 min,A조상규마취관리,B조정맥주사지좌신0.1 mg/kg.분별기록량조환자재정약후자주호흡회복시간、소성시간、발관시간、발관후5 min시각모의평분(VAS)、조동평분.결과 A、B량조환자자주호흡회복시간[(7.5±2.3)min vs.( 7.0±3.8) min,P>0.05]、소성시간[( 6.8±2.6)min vs.( 6.9±3.5) min,P>0.05]、발관시간[(7.4±2.7)min vs.( 7.4±3.6) min,P>0.05]균무통계학차이;발관후5 min VAS평분、조동등불량반응,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 지좌신재전신마취소성기가산생량호적진통、진정효과,감소소성기적불괄,대환자소성시간화자주호흡회복시간무명현영향,괄용우전신마취소성기진통.
Objective To ohserve the clinical efficacy of dezocine in the recovery period of laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety ASA I - Ⅱ patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia were randomly divided into control group ( n = 45 ) and dezocine group ( n =45 ).Both groups received general anesthesia.30 minutes before the completion of surgery,the control group received anesthesia management,while dezocine group B received intravenous dezocine of 0.1 mi/kg.Time to spontaneous breath recovery,recovery time and extubation time after drug withdrawal were recorded.Five minutes after extubation,visual analogue scale ( VAS ) and level of restlessness were also recorded.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups at time to spontaneous breath recovery [( 7.5 ± 2.3 ) min vs.( 7.0 ± 3.8 ) min,P > 0.05],recovery time [( 6.8 ± 2.6 ) min vs.( 6.9 ± 3.5 ) min,P > 0.05]and extubation time [( 7.4 ± 2.7 ) min vs.( 7.4 ± 3.6 ) min,P > 0.05] the pain scores and level of restlessness were significantly lower in dezocine group than in the control group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusions Dezoeine in recovery period of general anesthesia can produce a good analgesic and sedative effect,reduce the recovery period of discomfort in patients.There is significant effect on recovery time and time to spontaneous breath recovery.It is suitable for analgesia in the recovery period of general anesthesia
