目的 研究罗格列酮联用二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效. 方法 将160例2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组80例口服二甲双胍0.5/次,3次/d.治疗组80例给予罗格列酮4 mg,1次/d,同时口服二甲双胍0.5/次,3次/d.两组连续治疗3个月. 结果 (1)治疗组与对照组疗效差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).(2)空腹血糖和餐后血糖:治疗组及对照组治疗后与治疗前差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后与对照组治疗后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05). 结论 罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病降糖效果显著,明显优于单用二甲双胍.

목적 연구라격렬동련용이갑쌍고치료2형당뇨병적료효. 방법 장160례2형당뇨병환자수궤분위대조조화치료조.대조조80례구복이갑쌍고0.5/차,3차/d.치료조80례급여라격렬동4 mg,1차/d,동시구복이갑쌍고0.5/차,3차/d.량조련속치료3개월. 결과 (1)치료조여대조조료효차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05).(2)공복혈당화찬후혈당:치료조급대조조치료후여치료전차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05);치료조치료후여대조조치료후차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05). 결론 라격렬동연합이갑쌍고치료2형당뇨병강당효과현저,명현우우단용이갑쌍고.
Objective To study the effects of rosiglitazone combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes. Methods 160 type 2 diabetes paitients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with metformin 0.5 g,tid po.And the treatment group received pioglitazone 4 mg,qd po,except took metformin 0.5g,tid po.Two groups all completed a therapeutic period of 3 months. Results (1)The effect of the treatment group compared with the control group has significantly statistical difference(P＜0.05).(2)Fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose:compared back and forth,the treatment group and control group all have significantly statistical difference(P＜0.05);the result of the treatment group compared with that of the control group has significantly statistical difference too(P＜0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of rosiglitazone combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes patients is much better than metformin only.
