目的:了解不同年龄人群的立体视觉现状与规律,为开展立体视觉检查与评价提供参考;提出一种新的立体视觉检查工具与方法。方法:选用全息立体视觉检查仪,用相同方法,对四组不同年龄人群进行立体视觉的检查和分析。结果:共检查1039人,立体视锐度总正常率为82.6%。其中,学龄前儿童组立体视觉正常率是86.9%;学生组最高为98.0%;青壮年组次之为94.7%;老年组的立体视觉正常率明显降低为35.4%,立体视盲的比例明显增加。结论:年龄与立体视觉之间明显相关(P<0.001);各年龄组立体视觉正常率与近视力关系密切;全息立体视觉检查仪可作为一种新的、可靠的检查工具在临床上推广使用。

Objective:To find out the current conditions and regular pattern of stereopsis of the different age groups, to offer reference for the examination and evaluation of stereopsis and propose a new steropsis test device. Methods:The stereopsis of the four different age groups was examined with the holographic stereopsis test facility in the same procedure.Results:According to the results of statistics, the percentage of normal stereopsis acuity is 82.6% in the total 1039 cases examined, of which 86.9% in the preschool children group, 98.0% in the student group,94.7% in the young adults group and 35.4% in the old people group respectively. The percentage of stereopsis blindness in the old people group is 12.4%,which is by far higher than that of the others.Conclusion:The stereopsis acuity examined in this study is closely related to the age by χ2 text(P<0.001) and the near vision acuity. It is suggested that the holographic stereopsis text facility can be used more comprehensively as a new reliable stereopsis test device.
