目的 探讨CD44V6、MMP-9及HCG的表达对完全性葡萄胎恶变的预测价值.方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测53例葡萄胎组织中CD44V6、MMP-9的表达,采用化学发光法测定葡萄胎患者血人绒毛膜促性腺激素HCG水平,分析三者其对完全性葡萄胎恶变的预测价值.结果 葡萄胎恶变9例,未恶变44例;CD44V6、MMP-9在恶变组中的阳性表达(77.8%、66.7%)明显高于未恶变组(31.8%、43.2%),P<0.05;恶变组4例血HCG持续阳性和5例降而复升.结论 CD44V6和MMP-9在葡萄胎恶变过程中起重要作用,联合检测CD44V6、MMP-9及HCG有助于判断葡萄胎的生物学行为和预后.

Objective To investigate the prognostic value of CD44V6,MMP-9 and HCG in mallgnant in transformation of hydatidiform mole.Methods The expressions of CD44V6 and MMP-9 was detected by S-P method and the serum HCG was detected with CLIA method in 53 cases of hydatidiform mole and the relationship of the expression was analyzed.Results There were 9 cases malignant transforming hydatidiform mole and 44 eases of non-malignant transforming hydatidiform mole.The expression of CD44V6 and MMP-9 of malignant transforming mole(77.8% and 66.7%)significantly higher than that of non-malignant transforming group(31.8%and 43.2%) (P < 0.05).Conclusion CD44v6 and MMP-9 play important roles in the process of transformation of hydatidiform mole.The combined detection of CD44V6,MMP-9 and HCG can help to prodict biological behaviors and prognosis of hydatidiform mole.
