目的探讨经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗术后穿刺点最佳止血方法和时间.方法将146例经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入治疗的患者随机分为A组和B组.A组用日本生产的瑞翁牌弹力带加压型止血器止血.B组用法国优格公司(GRUO)生产的优力舒牌弹力绷带“8”字型包扎止血.观察两组止血方法术后疼痛、出血、血肿、肿胀麻木、血管迷走反射等并发症发生率发生情况和止血时间的长短.结果 B组弹力绷带包扎组术后疼痛、出血、血肿、肿胀麻木、血管迷走反射等并发症发生率明显低于A组弹力带加压型止血器组.差异有统计学意义,P＜0.01.两组止血时间均延长至24小时为最佳.结论弹力绷带包扎止血术后并发症少,病人更安全舒适,并且经济适用.延长压迫止血时间能明显减少出血.

Objective To evaluate reasonable methods and time span of hemostasis after transradial coronary intervention.Methods A total of 146 patients who would undertake transradial coronary intervention were randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A was given radial artery hemostasis device of Ruiweng,made in Japan,to stop bleeding.Group B was give the elastic bandage of URGO,production of French Yogurt Company,to stop bleeding by strap it and cross the arm in eight shape.The time span of hemostasis and the complicating disease such as pain,bleeding,hematoma and numbness were observed.Results The occuring rates of complications in group B were significantly lower than those of group A.There were statistical difference between group A and B.It was reasonable to prolong the time span of hemostasis to 24 hours.Conclusions It seems that using elastic bandage to stop bleeding has more advantages such as less complications,more safe,more comfortable and cheaper than using radial artery hemostatic device.Extending hemostasis time to 24 hours seems more safe in reducing bleeding.
